We wish to convey our appreciation for the professional manner in which our driveway, stairs and pathway were bricked.
From the beginning everything was explained, in detail, by Morne. Everything he said - time frames for deliverables, work to be carried out and costing - were adhered to.
Colin, along with his team (Elvis, Martin, Michael, Khaye, Shaun and JJ) were polite, articulate and maintained exacting standards to ensure the end product was superb.
Some of the comments from neighbours and friends have been, Awesome, Stylish, Fantastic and Wow!

My first experience with SA Paving was during 2003 and recently I’ve contracted SA Paving for the 4th time via Mr Natie Smith.
I need to commend Natie and the team that did the installation on the extreme professional manner they rendered their service and their ability to turn a messy/frustrating job into a huge pleasure for me, your client.
Also being in the business of servicing clients, I understand the utmost importance of having the right personnel to ensure proper client satisfaction and ultimately client retention.
You must know by now, that Natie (especially) is a huge benefit to your business and I hope that the next time I have to contract with SA Paving that Natie will still be my first point of contact.

SA Paving recently did the paving at my house and BOY am I IMPRESSED! From beginning to end everything ran smoothly and the job was completed prior to the estimated time.
Allowances were made to work around my dogs as I had no-where to put them. All in all, there is not a single person I dealt with at SA Paving who did not knock my socks off with their exceptional customer service. I am so pleased that I decided to use SA Paving rather than a few others who's quotes may have been slightly less than that from SA Paving, but they certainly did not put in the added effort or provide the finishing touches which SA Paving have done.
I would certainly not hesitate in the slightest to recommend SA Paving and their wonderful team to anyone. They not only talk the talk but they certainly walk the walk! Thank you to Morne, Keith, Michelle and Grant from SA Paving, you have made this home improvement a pleasure!

The service I have received thus far from SA Paving, and especially from Keith, has been amazing. Keith has time and again gone out of his way to provide excellent service. An example being that on the second day of him being on site a slight problem was encountered with regards to how SA Paving were originally going to lay the drainage pipes as there were drains hidden by previous paving. Keith came to my home after 9:30pm that night to discuss this with me as I had meetings prior to that. Keith is due to finish laying the paving today and I am sure that it will be done perfectly.
Well done Keith - SA Paving is extremely lucky to have you!

I ordered paving from SA Paving, the quote was delivered promptly, the order was processed quickly and the next week the people were on site. All through the process I was contacted by relevant staff who informed me of the progress, right down to the construction foreman who went so far as to phone me the morning before arrival to tell me what time they would arrive (before 08h00!). When the weather turned bad, the foreman phoned ahead to ensure I was aware they would not be in that day.
The job was completed within estimate (despite the bad weather day), to standard, and the clean up was done. There was a small damage to a drain cover that was replaced at no cost or quibble. The foreman Keith and his crew were friendly and professional.
I am really impressed with this service and can recommend them.

Good day,
I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the excellent service which we received from the following staff of your organisation:
1st: Gary the salesman who came to our home to give us a quote @ 18.30 in the evening. Never rushed through the whole appointment, gave excellent advice and managed to give us a fabulous deal. Everything he told us was true and to the word, about what the next steps would be, length of time etc.
2nd: Eurisha who was a super star with regards to any query or request that we had. Nothing was too much trouble for her and if she said she would phone you back it was almost immediate.
3rd: Trosia, what can we say about this guy! but that he and his team were definitely the "A" team as we called them. The standard of work, the managing of the project was all up to Trosia and how professionally he handled it.
In conclusion, we would recommend your company any day!

Good morning
I just want to express my gratitude at the way my paving job was handled. The end result was.....sorry don’t have words to explain. The crew who worked at my premises, viz Thulani and crew were professional and very courteous. The management team was in contact with me all the time.
This is excellent and goes beyond our wildest expectations especially the way service sucks in South Africa in this day and age. With an attitude like this your company will continue to prosper as client satisfaction still counts for something. I will gladly recommend you to anyone. Then again I won’t have to as your work speaks for itself.

Hi Grant
As you will be aware I had about 200 squares of paving done at my home in Durbanville over the last two weeks. I would like to complement you and your company on a wonderful experience during the process. Your sales man Morne, Project Manager Hardy and supervisor on the job Johnston where really great. When I did have a few things that I did not like they were immediately attended to and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff on site were polite and treated my property as if it was there own, leaving the place neat and tidy after every days work.
Please convey my thanks and appreciation to all, especially Johnston and his team.
