Before the pavers can be laid it is vital that the existing surface be lifted and prepared in such a way that a solid base and correct levels are achieved, ensuring trouble free drainage.
Once the existing surface has been uplifted, the soil is then scarified to a depth of no less than 150mm. the levels are then adjusted to ensure correct water drainage.
Our teams are well equipped to ensure that your job is correctly prepared.
Please note: depending on the scenario, it may not always be necessary to uplift an existing surface as one may often leave existing concrete behind if the required levels permit.
Remember, the stronger the base the longer the base will last. |
